Dear Congregants,
We are having our Annual Meeting on February 27th after Sunday Service at 11:30. One of the recommendations for Centers in transition is that we make no changes, so we will not be electing new board members. We will be reporting on what happened in the last year, including a financial report. And of course we will be open for questions from the floor. We will also make this meeting available on Zoom.
We are so blessed to have Rev John is our interim minister. As most of you know, he is here two Sundays a month. He is doing a workshop after each Sunday he is here. These workshops are to support us as we go through our transition process. He is also available for one-on-one meetings with congregants on the week between the two Sundays that he is speaking.
We are also going through COVID transitions, which sometimes seem to change daily. Currently we are dealing with a very contagious variant – Omicron. We have decided to have in person attendance at our Sunday services with KN95 or N95 masks or double masks. We will provide a KN95 mask it you do not have one.

Marjorie Wray, RScP
Marjorie Wray has been in the Science of Mind community since 1985 when she started attending Huntington Beach CSL. In 2015, she joined Seal Beach Center for Spiritual Living, bringing her Practitioner License she’s held since 2012. Marjorie has extensive leadership experience in key areas that help keep our center running smoothly. From leading the Usher Teams, coordinating fund raisers and events, to serving on the SBCSL Leadership Council as Chair, Marjorie makes herself available to serve in whatever capacity she can that will assist those around her in community and personal growth. With a BA in Education an MA in Psychology, 18 years of experience teaching Financial Planning, and more, Marjorie brings her professional expertise and spiritual principles together to serve through one of her greatest strengths; “to see the bigger picture and integrate the pieces”.
