When change is thrust upon us, how do we manage the change to get to the other side of it?
The first thing we tend to do is try and “fix” or manage the condition. No doubt there are actions we must take. Rarely however, do we bring our attention to a deeper place to examine what is happening to our mental, emotional and spiritual states. In this one hour workshop, Rev John will introduce how to understand what is going on as an opportunity for personal transformation.
