After 26 years of service to Central Florida Center for Spiritual Living Rev John and Rev Cath DePalma stepped down in 2019 to explore what intention they wished to fulfill for the next phase of their spiritual journey. In 2020 Rev John became Interim Minister for CSL Greater Las Vegas. There he provided guidance and support for the community to consciously move through an extraordinary transition with the retirement of a 12-year Senior minister followed by covid and all the challenges of a new paradigm of how to be in a spiritual community. His goal was to begin the process of implementing a healthy transition creating the foundation for the long-term viability and vitality of the community.

For 30 years Rev John also consulted in different businesses for Cultural Transformation, Strategic planning, and Organizational development. In addition to Skills/Leadership training, coaching, and Sales Training his major focus is on clarifying core values, building trust, emotional maturity, social intelligence, personal mastery and organizational sustainability.

After a short stay in Atlanta, Georgia, Rev John and Rev Cath now reside in Seattle WA. They have 3 children and twin granddaughters.

Rev John’s personal mission is to help our spiritual centers build diverse, inclusive, healthy, sustainable, and thriving spiritual communities. Why? To awaken humanity to its Spiritual Magnificence and create a world that works for all where no child goes hungry, where no one fears persecution, where no one is unloved and where prosperity and peace prevail.
