Living Life to the Fullest, With Joy

I am so excited and happy to be back! It has been quite a journey for many of us these past 15 months or so. For me, what has been my rock and my foundation is faith and our teachings. Ernest Holmes and New Thought teachings remind me of the Power within each of us. It reminds me of the power of choice, of free will. We are made in the image and likeness of God. What a beautiful concept and Truth to embrace! What thoughts are you choosing? Thoughts that are grounding, nourishing, anchoring into Love? I am choosing thoughts of Clarity, Love, and Joy. Below is a quote from Ernest Holmes that reminds of how I wish to engage in life.

June is often referred to as the month of love – different than the month of February in which many celebrate Valentine’s Day. Historically, June is the month of weddings. While I am not sure if this is still the tradition or not – love is in the air! June is also when we celebrate Father’s Day. Father’s Day is an opportunity to honor and celebrate our fathers, father figures, or whomever filled that role in our lives. It is a sacred time to honor the masculine side of the Divine.
My role in returning to our Jewel by the Sea is to support Rev Nicole, our Core Council, and each of you, our beloved spiritual community. I will be around on most Sundays and participating in the service occasionally supporting Rev Nicole. You can reach out to me during the week for any pastoral care needs, prayer support, or just to talk and catch up. Coffee anyone?
Let us step into this summer anchored in love, in grace, in prayer, and knowing together that the Highest and Best Good is unfolding for and as our beloved Jewel by the Sea!

Rev Donna Baranyay has been a licensed practitioner with CSL for 17 years and a practicing Religious Scientist for over 33 years. She is proud to serve our beloved Jewel by the Sea. She is also a minister, hospice chaplain, grief counselor, and coach focusing her work in spirituality, grief, and end of life care. She also maintains a blog on her website Oursacredjourneys.net.
