Youth News – July 2020
Lisa Ortiz, Youth Director
Hello SBCSL! As we head into our 5th month without gathering in the same physical space, we wanted to use the July Youth Program newsletter to focus on how we are staying connected…. from Zoom gatherings to Virtual Summer Teen Camp to lessons about kindness, the Youth Program is going strong and keeping SBCSL families connected.

Please join us for this interactive time to LEARN, SHARE, and CONNECT!!
Our young members are keeping their minds sharp and their spirits fed!
CSL SUMMER TEEN CAMP IS HAPPENING… VIRTUALLY!!!
In early June, CSL Teens announced the first ever Online Summer Teen Camp experience. While we know that that this virtual camp can’t totally make up for the regular summer camp experience that our teens look forward to so eagerly each year, we are still excited for our teens to have this time to connect with each other and with teams from other CSL congregations!
CSL Virtual Summer Teen Camp will run from Monday, July 13 through Thursday, July 16, 2020. Camp will definitely feel different this year, but we know that the CSL Teens community will come together to make it a meaningful and powerful experience!!!
