This time of year is filled with REminders and REminiscences of REbirth, and REnewal. Springtime, and Eastertime REsonate with nature’s and Spirit’s call of REsurrection and REgeneration. It is a personal time of REflection for me since my birthday REturns at this time.
So, for me, I take this opportunity to REcommit to the REawakening of my Spiritual Truth. And I invite you, my fellow travelers in this journey of life, to REsoundingly REstore yourselves in any areas where you are feeling less than the REsplendent expressions of Spirit that you truly are.
REst REassured that, along with the natural world around us, this is the perfect time to REcreate and REvitalize. REfresh, your outward and your inward homes. REpair or REframe any thinking which needs REmodeling. REstock and REplenish your consciousness with valuable tools and lessons. REgain forgotten insights. REconnect with others in Spiritual classes, workshops and REtreats.
REcharge your energies with REvisited or completely new Spiritual practices. REad inspiring and uplifting books. REinvigorate your body with healthy foods. REkindle your inner fire, REcalling that within you lies the Unlimited and forever REsponding Force of the Universe.
REinforce all the positive ways you move through life. REspect yourself and REcognize your progress. REward yourself for your efforts and your courage and the love by which you REscue and bring RElief to others.
REintroduce yourself to joys you may have forgotten. REdiscover your sense of humor and playfulness, if it became hidden in the REcesses of Winter. RElease fear, worry and doubt. REmember how to REjuvenate or REinvent yourself. REstart anew. REaffirm what it means to be a Child of the Most High.

Annemarie Lovdahl, RScP
Annemarie holds degrees in Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy. By her late teens she was an accomplished Spiritual Intuitive, providing insights to various clients. Later, drawn to practices of Energy Healing, she became an accredited T’ai Chi Chih and Seijaku instructor, as well as a Reiki Master Teacher, and Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher. She also worked in the aerospace industry and raised a family. Following her aerospace retirement, she became a Licensed Religious Science Practitioner, working with private clients, conducting workshops, and teaching in private and group settings.
