Facilitators: Annemarie Lovdahl, Licensed Practitioner
Utilizing research from renowned Psychologist, Esther Perel, we’ll explore various qualities of the Erotic Experience, including Vitality, Curiosity, Desire, Spontaneity, and Passion. All crucial for our Self-Care, and for calling forth restoration and revitalization in 2021.
Techniques to free ourselves from harmful, lingering beliefs and conditions will be practiced, in order to create the space needed for renewal to begin.
As an added plus, we’ll also conduct a blessing for the start of the Lunar Year of the White Metal Ox, and examine how best to operate in synch with this year.
Participants are requested to have on hand an object symbolizing the earth (a rock, or a root vegetable like a carrot, yam, radish, etc.), a candle to light, and a piece of metal or jewelry.

Annemarie Lovdahl, RScP
Annemarie holds degrees in Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy. By her late teens she was an accomplished Spiritual Intuitive, providing insights to various clients. Later, drawn to practices of Energy Healing, she became an accredited T’ai Chi Chih and Seijaku instructor, as well as a Reiki Master Teacher, and Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher. She also worked in the aerospace industry and raised a family. Following her aerospace retirement, she became a Licensed Religious Science Practitioner, working with private clients, conducting workshops, and teaching in private and group settings.
Rev. Donna Baranyay
Rev Donna Baranyay has been a licensed practitioner with CSL for 17 years and a practicing Religious Scientist for over 33 years. She is proud to serve our beloved Jewel by the Sea. She is also a minister, hospice chaplain, grief counselor, and coach focusing her work in spirituality, grief, and end of life care. She also maintains a blog on her website Oursacredjourneys.net.
